I had always been jealous of tall girls since I was in middle school, they literally can wear everything and still look good, especially maxi dresses or something that girls, who have the heights as short as mushrooms ( like me), could transform into monkeys when wearing them. Though after years growing up... I'm still jealous of Tall people, hahahahahaha, but this time, I'm more confident to wear these kinds of clothes and I'm sure girls like me can rock them too.
The most important I believe is that you feel comfortable and confident when you wear these clothes. I heard people keep saying: " oh because you have legs longer than your back, that's why you wear it good" or "I like it but I can't wear these types because I look shorter in the back or it makes me look shorter..." Honestly, if you like it, why would you even doubt wearing it. You can always mix and match, do a little twist, then I'm sure everything will be fine.
For me, I like wearing long dresses but not maxi types though, the specific height of dress I want is like the dresses in these photos below, and for short person like me, I always make sure when wearing them, people will pay attention more to the features of these dresses and not my height :)))). For ex: in summer, I usually wear those kinds of dresses that have revealing front shoulder and a part of my back shoulder since I know people would attract more to these highlights then the fact that I'm short :)). Anyway, in the photos below, I'm wearing those bodycon dresses from H&M. This time H&M makes it rights with these bodycon dresses and fit much better compare to those I've seen in other places like f21, Zara, Gmarket or elsewhere. They're not too thin but not too thick and can mix perfectly with a jacket outside for a chic look or a cardigan for elegant side. The photos below were taken when the weather was still warm little bit. since it's kinda cold now, I would wear them with coats, ankle boots, tights or jacket. Whatever works fine for you and makes you feel the comfortable are the most important.

This is the last post of Japan ( there might be videos in the future, let's see :D) . I gotta admit writing these posts makes me miss Japan so much and regret all special things we haven't tried or didn't experience them completely.
My sister was kind enough to drive us back to the airport, which took roughly 2 hours and even before that, she drove us to visit some drugstores to buy souvenirs and makeup, then took us to eat shabu-shabu and finally, last time with onsen near some mountains, though I didn't take onsen this time due to my eczema condition.
I know we didn't take a lot of photos. In our last day, we barely touched our cameras :)), not because of the day was boring, but I somehow had a fight with my bf on what to eat. The fight started I really wanted to try sushi the last time and suggested my bf to back me up when tried to hint my sister what to eat. The bad thing was none of us were aggressive enough to raise our voices, we eventually ended up with hot pot shabu shabu instead because it was close by. Honestly, I hate my attitude at the time, I should be thankful of how the real shabu shabu experience was, instead of carrying unpleasant face. Anyway, The place we tried Shabu was pretty authentic and only well-known for Japanese. Our experiences were... well, idk what to say, I guess since I'm so used to hot pot in American with a bunch of meats and a lot of more stuffs, the shabu stepped onto another level: elegant. The meats we ordered couldn't be thinner, they were like slices of very thin paper and the prices of these meats weren't as thin as how they looked like, :)). Since the shabu we tried was buffet style except meats, we ended up eating a lot of veggies ( how our stomachs could be fulfilled with this amount of meats), turns out the veggies were the best veggies I've ever tried though. They were fresh, juicy!? and you can actually taste their freshness even they were already cooked well. According to my sister explained: " Japanese Shabu is to enjoy the simple and freshness of ingredients" ( basically applies to most of Japanese food and since my sister seemed already Japanese-nize :))), she chewed them like imperial food)
+ Finally, thanks again my sister for taking her times to take us around despite how busy she was.
I believe next time visiting Japan is not too far away in the future. Hopefully, I will make it to Hokkaido in winter and probably, a lot of more photos this time.

one upon a time, out of nowhere, my sister called me to go enjoy fall season with her. When I say "enjoy", it also means to go take photos with her. But that's what fall season is for right? Lol . Unfortunately, it was early fall and not that many beautiful spots take photos. We actually ended up going to eat instead and when we about to go home without having any photo, we drove by this beautiful alley with the long row of trees on the side roads. The leaves on these trees already turned color, in a moment we instantly knew: that was it, we found the spot. Maybe god loves us and didn't want us to go home with an empty card so he sent us to this beautiful place, or we were just merely lucky :))
And as much as I love her, I also hate her photography skills hahahahahahahahaha. Those photos below are what I am talking about...
Either they were out of focus
or something like this pose
Honestly, I enjoyed seeing her struggle to get right focus for me and her afraid that I would be upset because of this. Little did she knew I was having a fun time :)) and yes, I'm a real devil deep inside. At the end, I still got some good photos and a nice day hanging out with her :).
excuse my toes out of my tights, that tights was the only one that hadn't ripped completely yet.
one of my favorite cardigans from F21, It even has a hood :X
And I'm introducing you: My effortless beautiful sister ( not same blood by the way :))), who to me has the most beautiful eyes and longest eyelashes I' ever seen in Asians. She is even older than me 3 years old, but we look way more like same age friends.

Happy Thanksgiving everybody!
Honestly, I don't really care about Thanksgiving, well, actually I only care black Friday after that :)). But somehow, Thanksgiving atmosphere gives me nostalgic instants, kinda the same as Lunar New Year, when you won't be able to back home for that special gathering celebration... Anyway, this is the continued series of my life through phone, this time is from February to May. So let me tell you my stories ( warning: a lot of food photos)
Blossoms in UW. Every year at this time, a bunch of people would gather here to have best Spring photos, and funny thing is that most of them are either Asians or tourists.
I took a photo of a man taking photos of a tree. ( Social media artist life)
I present to you: one of my next door neighbor's cats. And all my neighbors around me at least have one cat, so basically my life is surrounded with cats Lol
Lovely day to lay down, enjoy sunshine and blossoms at Pittcock Mansion ( Portland)
Blue Star Donuts
The boiled chicken pieces are served with jasmine rice and ginger sauce with a bowl of soup. It was good but not really special though. It actually reminds me a lot of chicken rice in Hoi An :))
Near my Apt
They looked like Haley motor riders at first, turned out policemans preparing for May Day.
A snap of cool automobile
My favorite ever ice cream from the famous Molly moon's ( which my friends usually joke as dog's ice creams): dark chocolate with a lot of hot fudge
Tried out a new Gelato place.
Celebrated last time in school with my Vietnamese friends. We ordered a lot and the two most delicious dishes are grilled fish and beef salad above from a place called Rainier BBQ in Seattle
What is this, Anh? stir fried Alligator, em -_-
My first time visited a Container Starbucks in Ballard, Seattle.
Staple place to have cheap and good Sushi: Sushiland
This tiny, well decorative place is called: Biscuit Bitch. Yes, you hear it right, Biscuit Bitch.
Saddest dog I've ever seen in a car :)) ( Sorry dog, but I actually laughed when saw this )
Tacos chunki: Best tacos in town, 2 blocks away my home, never bothered to go there until this summer. The only thing I don't like this place is it's always packed and you have to wait at least 15' -20' to get your food, it's worth to wait, though.
Another cheap good place to eat: Mama's Pizza, very cheap and delicious New York style pizza.
When fire smoked happened to be above your head and you're the first one running away even before your class notices. It's me, btw :)))))))))))))))
Tried out Evolution juice.
Musashi's: Best place for Chirashi bowl town because of generous amounts of Sashimi they give in one bowl for $15.
A nice sunny day at Washington lake enjoying our yummy Philadelphia cheesesteak sandwiches and cheese fries.
oh yeah, all in my tummy.
New croissant sandwich from Starbucks. It is actually not bad, I quite enjoyed it except the sunny egg, which I feel like eating a rubber flavored egg.
Grilled pork noodle, yummy!
since then I've been waiting for so long but didn't see any resources coming :))
